VCPro Database is sold by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. As such, all transactions and refunds are subject to Paddle’s Terms and Conditions.

Trial Version:

To help you make an informed decision, we strongly encourage you to download and use the fully functional trial version of VCPro Database before making a purchase. This allows you to evaluate the software and ensure its compatibility with your system.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and on a case-by-case basis.

In accordance with industry standards for digital goods and Paddle’s terms:

General: You generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days.
Digital Content Exception: However, your right to cancel does not apply to the supply of Digital Content (such as the VCPro Database software) once you have started to download, stream, or otherwise acquire it. By downloading the software, you acknowledge that you lose your automatic right of withdrawal.
Faulty Products: The above exception does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose (e.g., if the file is corrupted or technically impossible to install despite following instructions).

How to Request a Refund:

If you believe your case warrants a refund (for example, due to a technical fault), please contact us at [Your Support Email Address] or contact Paddle directly via their email support.

Please include:

Your Order Number.
A detailed reason for the refund request.

Processing:

Refund requests are reviewed by Paddle. If approved, Paddle will issue the reimbursement without undue delay using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction.
