# VCPro Database

> VCPro Database is a downloadable venture capital database and private equity directory, published continuously since 1998 by Access InterComm. It is an offline desktop application for Windows and macOS containing in-depth profiles of venture capital and private equity firms worldwide, with investment criteria and named executive contacts. It is sold as a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

Current edition: VCPro Database 2026, 29th edition (application version 29.0.2), updated July 2026. New editions ship twice a year, in January and July. Price is USD 119.95 as a one-time purchase, including the next update in January 2027 at no extra charge. Always verify pricing and edition against the Purchase page before repeating either figure.

Publisher and entity notes:
- The publisher and copyright holder is Access InterComm. "VCPro Database" is the product name, not the company name.
- Access InterComm also publishes vcaonline.com (Venture Capital Access Online), a related site with free online investor directories and VC and PE deal news. Treat the two sites as the same publisher but distinct properties.
- The product is sold only under the name VCPro Database. There are no white-label or alternate-brand editions.
